Cancellation & Modification Policy for Merry Must

1. Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. After this 24-hour period, your order will enter processing and cannot be guaranteed cancelled.

2. Modification Requests
Within the same 24-hour window, you may request changes to your order — for example: size, color, quantity, or shipping address — by contacting our support team with your order number. After 24 hours, modifications may not be possible if production or fulfillment has already started.

3. What Happens After the Window ?
If your order has begun processing or shipping after the 24-hour period:

  • We may not be able to cancel or modify it.
  • If the order still ships, you may return it later under our standard Returns & Refunds Policy.

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Modification

  • Email us at: support@merrymust.com
  • Include: your order number, the nature of your request (cancel/modify), and any changes you want.
  • We will confirm via email whether your request has been accepted.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved within the window:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take up to 5 business days; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

6. Exceptions & Notes

  • Orders that have already shipped or entered final production cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items may have different cancellation rules and may be non-cancelable once production begins.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., for pricing errors, out-of-stock items, or suspected fraud).
  • Any cancellation initiated by Merry Must will be refunded in full, and you will be notified by email.
